My research explores the mechanochemical basis of CLIC/GEEC (CG) endocytic pathway regulation. Combining fluorescence microscopy with biophysical approaches such as optical trapping, I study how adhesion signalling and membrane trafficking are coordinated to maintain plasma membrane tension homeostasis.
